Bernard Bourigeaud and Sergio Giacoletto appointed to the Board of Oberthur Technologies SA
Nanterre, March 5th, 2012 – Oberthur Technologies welcomes Bernard Bourigeaud and Sergio Giacoletto as members of the Board.
Bernard Bourigeaud, founder of Atos Origin, holds positions on the Boards of CGI in Canada and Amadeus in Spain. He is on the Advisory Board of investment banking group Jefferies. Bernard is also a member of HEC’s International Advisory Board and President of CEPS (Centre d’Etudes et de Prospective Stratégique).
Sergio Giacoletto-Roggio is a non-executive director of CSR plc, of Logica plc and of COLT SA in the UK. He is also Chairman of Telepo AB’s Board of Directors. Between 2000 and 2008 he was an Oracle Corporation Company Officer and Executive Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Bernard and Sergio are also Operating Partners with Advent International, the majority shareholder of Oberthur Technologies.
Bernard Bourigeaud and Sergio Giacoletto will sit on Oberthur Technologies’ Board alongside Xavier Drilhon, CEO of Oberthur Technologies, Cédric Chateau, Managing Director with Advent International and Pascal Stefani, Non-Executive Chairman of Oberthur Technologies’ Board and Managing Director with Advent International in Paris.
