Oberthur Technologies Ready to Assist Issuers for Credit Card Act

Oberthur Technologies, one of the largest providers of manufacturing, personalization services and secure retail-based packaging and fulfillment for network branded prepaid cards, announced its ongoing ability to assist issuers fulfill clients’ forecasts.
The announcement was issued based on the final rules for the Credit Card Act which were published by the Federal Reserve Bank. The rules apply to any gift certificate, store gift card or general-use prepaid card sold or provided to a consumer on or after August 22, 2010.
