Future of Credit Card Security in Blinking Numbers? – LA Times

According to Nilson, the United States accounts for 23% of global purchases, but disproportionately accounts for 39% of credit card fraud.  In a recent article in the Los Angeles Times, Oberthur’s president of North America opeations, Martin Ferenczi discusses the future of credit card security: Motion Code.

Coming to the US as early as 2017, Motion Code will give retailers another 0ption to secure POS transactions as well as card not present transactions by having a dynamically updated CVV code.
