To offer to our customers the possibility of printing on a support polymer, Oberthur Technologies obtained the certification PPP (Preferred Polymer Printer).

  

Thanks to our investment policy in new-generation equipment, we have strengthened our market position, acquired new customers and increased our quota of EURO printing.

 

2008 was a major year in Oberthur Technologies’ history with a record production of banknotes in more than fifty countries in Africa, Latin America, South-East Asia and Europe. 

 

As a result of the synergies developed with the Identity Division and the Card Systems Division, the Fiduciary Division of Oberthur Technologies  designs and prints a wide range of identity documents, including, in particular, passports, visas, national identity cards, voters’ cards and driving licenses.
